I came to know Christiane as her project leader in an innovation project, which also served as her PhD project. She demonstrated exceptional analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems during the initial state-of-the-art evaluation and we recognized her strong intellectual creativity in the development of the process concept and in the elaboration of a basic design and detail engineering for a pilot plant. Her outstanding organizational skills were crucial during scheduling and supervision of its realization to meet the tightly set deadlines. A proof-of-concept for the developed polymer feedstock recycling technology was elaborated in less than three years due to her great perseverance and result-oriented performance in test series scheduling and execution, later in further optimization steps of the pilot plant. She demonstrated great teamwork skills working in a multi-disciplinary group of process engineers, control engineers and production laboratory staff for the advancement of laboratory analyses and on-line process monitoring. Her positive and pleasant manner made her popular with the rest of the staff. Christiane is a goal-oriented, disciplined and creative engineer with excellent communication skills and I would be happy to have her on my project team again.

Christiane was a dedicated employee, always goal-oriented, dynamic, intelligent and nice. For me as a cost estimator it was particularly important to get project scope information accurately. Christiane met this always to my full satisfaction.
