After working as a contracted employee, ApolloMD hired me full time as the Credentialing Department Software Administrator. Filling a full time 9am to 5pm position, I developed and maintained a Salesforce organization for use by the company with a focus on the needs of the Credentialing Department. My duties included support of Salesforce and related software, development of custom solutions in Salesforce, desktop support and communicating the needs of the department to company leadership.I was a part of the initial development and roll-out of this project and worked with a SalesForce development company as well as doing configuring and data import in-house. This project greatly increased the efficiency of the department and it's ability to communicate with other departments within the company. Show less

Self employed as a contracted Software Engineer for supporting and maintaining OneApp Pro Software by SyMed (a HealthStream Company). Daily activities include maintaining a database of PDF files for use by forms automation software, working with Credentialing Department staff with the creation or modification of form templates and the maintenance of similarly related software on desktop systems.
