  I held a position thats best explained as a recorective manager. My specialty was taking over stores that were falling below par. I would take them over re-organize, clean, replace, hire, construct new systems, repair existing systems, re-train employess, and give the stores a facelift. I was fortunetlly pretty good at it for being 18 years old and restoring customers faith in the Papa Murphys brand.
