      As a 2IC at a busy cafe, my roles included making coffee on a daily basis, greeting customers and maintaining good relationships, dealing with customer and staff complaints appropriately and empathetically. I took it upon myself to implement a new training schedule for staff so they were able to improve their day to day within the workplace. Recruitment of staff and training were two of my strengths within the business, which led me to hire appropriate staff members for the future. Time management was not an issue, as dealing with the daily rush of customers and coffees meant I had to do as much within a specified time limit. All matters were dealt with in a timely manner and it was my number one concern to make sure there wasn't any tension or problems throughout the organisation. Show less
