  My main responsibilites is to fullfill the companies growth plans with good financial results. We have grown from 40 to 70 employees in 3 years. The role includes beeing manager for the Business area managers towards mid and large cap customers aswell as our CRM-system implementation business and One Economys head of Sales. . Aswell as leading the companys management team. Board member Together with CEO my respoinsibility is the companys strategy, results, budget & CFO. Goal setting & goal tracking of our business areas and their managers. As consultant and sales I take a senior advisory role towards our customers goals. For example helping with DD and the M&A process for our sister companies. One Economy aquired CENT Group in december 2018. 2019-07-01 we merged Cent Group into UCS Ekonomiservice AB and created One Economy AB and I was apointed Vice CEO of the new accounting/Financial firm.
