The award winning FrontNet is more than an IT solution. It improves the potential of client counseling considerably and extensively reduces the administrative tasks for private banking relationship managers. Improved services and benefits enable a firmer relationship with profitable clients. Furthermore weak points in relationship management are identified at an early stage and steps towards better customer loyalty can be introduced. As project manager I was responsible for a team that consisted of approx. 100 specialists. My wide range of tasks included full life cycle and IT compliance management, resource/budget mgt., competence center and help desk. February to June 2008 – I supported the business staff in strategic release management issues. This work gave me the possibility to gain experience in the processes of the day-to-day business. June 2008 to December 2009 – I was responsibility for the Request Management within the Global Front Solutions department. As application and product manager I was responsible for R&D of products that would enhance the banking systems, such as Fraud Detection Systems, Core Asset Repository etc. Jannuary 2009 to April 2010 – I was promoted to the Global Product Management department in which I set up a Configuration Management Solution.
