Export Manager Allegrini estates (Fumane di Valpolicella) 1st of February 2008 – til 30th of December 2013. . • Allegrini now well represented in the German speaking markets with at least one appointed distributor in the most important macro areas of Germany (approx. 150 distributors), Switzerland (6 distributors) and Austria (4 distributors). Revenue goals achieved each year with substantial percentage increases realised during world financial crisis 2009-2013. • Among my work competence is to: 1) build up sales strategies for each market that I am responsible for 2) decide with Marilisa Allegrini annual targets, budgets and conditions for each winery (Valpolicella, Bolgheri and Montalcino) that belongs to our portfolio and for each market I am responsible for 3) supervise 15 agents in Germany 4) support sales force on the different markets 5) planning of brand building activities 6) present wines at numerous tastings, seminars and dinners on behalf of Marilisa Allegrini on an International basis to communicate story and personality to importers’ sales teams and consumers • Among the strategies that have been taken to cover most distribution channels was to develop a new line of wines branded Villa Cavarena - Selection Alexander von Essen. These wines are exclusively marketed in the HoReCa segment in Germany and at Manor´s Department Store in Switzerland • Supervise 18 markets among which some smaller Non - EU markets such as Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Seychelles, Mauritius • In countries without representation, the on-going task is to find new importers, capable and sympathetic to our aims and objectives. In some cases the strategy is to aim for a partner that exclusively works with one winery of our portfolio (Allegrini - Corte Giara - Poggio al Tesoro - San Polo).
