EVENT MANAGER LITERAFEST 2022

LITERAFEST is a literation festival for young generation that held by Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Semarang and Communication Department Diponegoro University. I've been selected by Project Leader as Event Manager who been able to control all of work flow in pre event and main event of LITERAFEST 2022. Held in Oudetrap Theatre, Old City Semarang 1-2 December 2022, this main event consists some of interesting competition, seminar, talkshows, music performance, and movie screening session.

I've learnt so much how to lead more than 30 people in 5 completely different benchmark division, from Cybernews, Design, Magazine, Tabloid, and Media Publication. Not just skills, even in my leadership, I've also learnt to join and help my teammates in Basic Internal Training of Creative Journalism, produced various genre of articles, doing reporting job, interviews, brainstorm some new insights for creative contents, organized a few workshops across another division (especially in design), and so much more!

Become a Competition Event Manager of Journalism Festival, one of the biggest Journalism Event held by LPM Manunggal Diponegoro University. With the theme of "Humanity in Creative Journalism", we encouraged young journalist to unleash their creativity in journalism by join some challenging competition.I've been selected by Project Leader to organized three kinds of Competition Booth for participants such as Creative Writing Challenge, Infographic, and Journalism Photography. This event has successfully reach approximately 30 participants who passionately join the competition. Journalism Festival 2022 also involved some professional judging panel, such as Permata Adinda of Project Multatuli, Mast Irham of EPA Indonesia and Muhammad Fithrah of Narasi TV
