I transferred from Pocatello to Spokane Valley, in order to complete this transfer I was required to temporarily step down from the role of Assistant Store Leader until a permanent work location was found.

Assistant Store Leader

In March 2021, I was promoted to Assistant Store Leader. As the ASL, I regularly trained my employees, worked cohesively with upper management, turned my store leading performance into performance that was among the top in District 109, and helped turn my store into the most important store in District 109. I received several compliments from upper management, and in August, when I transferred to the Spokane Valley region, upper management told me that I was extremely valuable, and among those next in line to get keys to their own store.

Keyholder

I was hired at the start of September 2020 after the store became under new leadership. Under this new leadership, I emerged as the top Keyholder, earning my spot with excellent work ethic, reliability, and store leading performance. As a Keyholder, I also served as temporary Store Leader on several occasions before my promotion to Assistant Store Leader.
