      • May 2007 - Aug 2009

I planned out and dispatched the routes that the carpet engineers would be following to ensure speedy and efficient service to our customers. Also dispatched myself on the more difficult jobs/customers because my customer service background enabled me to reason with the customer so that we came to an understanding/agreement on services required. At the end of the working day I took it upon myself to call the customers that we provided service to to find out how thier experience was with our company and if all thier needs were met.
