As a Rotational Supervisor Intern I am responsible for direct operations over the Pavilion at Beach Point Club, while rotating to the different departments Beach Point Club has to offer. Some responsibilities include directly communicating to the Assistant Manger and General Manager, opening and Closing the pavilion, and of course working with the staff to create a memorable experience for the membership each day they spend at the club. The Pavilion is a eccentric valuable asset to the club as it seats well over 150 people and sits right next to the pool, private beach, and pool side bar. We also were given the opportunity to rotate around the club to experience different aspects of the club like Maintenance, Grounds, Laundry, Receiving, Kitchen, Pool, Accounting, and event and ala-carte experience.
