Maintain database access security by creating and granting roles in Oracle and Active Directory. Work with end users to troubleshoot their database issues from access to slow running queries. Perform database refreshes, builds, backups and recoveries when end users request them. Used Bash to create to scripts that greatly reduced the time necessary to complete all sorts of tasks, such as cloning users, performing refreshes, and performing quarterly audits.
