I worked with Christian for over a year in the Talisman Sinopec Montrose Alpha Project where he started as a Graduate Structural Engineer in my team. Being a fresh start, Christian found himself in the challenging situation of joining one of the largest project in the UK North Sea at it's most critical stage.
