  This position consisted of helping with daily IT issues that came in via helpdesk tickets. This would vary from simple printer issues and replacing hardware, to doing diagnostics for technology throughout the company. Also contributed in migrating users from one domain to another via ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) by remoting in and manually migrating the user using Active Directory. - Dealt with a lot of issues via remote desktop and telephone communications.
