  Coached juniors in 2013 in years 7 and 8. In 2014-15 I coached intermediates in years 9 and 10. In 2015-16 I have coached seniors/opens in year 11 and 12. Roles include organising and running training sessions, working with junior coaches on development skills and coaching skills as there are a number of coaches throughout junior, intermediate and senior teams. Other roles include team selection, running operations on game day and working closely with the head of sport at the school to get the most out of the sports program. Gained many valuable leadership skills through responsibilities, decision making and mentoring these students.
