I had the privilege of working with Christian on two occasions during his time at WeWork. First as a Sales Lead for Medium and Large Businesses, and later as an Enterprise Account Executive. From the very first interaction, Christian's exceptional drive and determination stood out. He consistently displayed a strong commitment to surpassing goals, demonstrating always a lot of energy and passion for his work. He was always very receptive to feedback and very interested in learning and improving his sales skills. This characteristic of his personality was very evident the second time we worked together, as I was able to witness his rapid professional growth in a short span of time.
