I was involved from initial feasibility studies and budget approvals, through to final handover. The AOI cell was the 3rd installation of its kind within the BMW groupo Project engineer for G01 water savings structure projects, including the Zone 8 Wastewater Processing Plant and the Vacuum Distillation Wastewater Plant. The Vacuum Distillation Plant is the first plant of its kind within the BMW groupo Project engineer for various major repair projects, including the adjustment of the Repair on Wheels Chain Conveyor, Wax Line Supply and Conveyor refurbishment, Sealer and Topcoat Work Deck modifications, ARP Exhaust Fans electrical upgrade, Topcoat Strip Out Oven strip out extensiono Additional responsibilities include Paint Shop shutdown coordinator for 2017/2018 December and March shutdowns and Paint Shop Technical Measurement Equipment Planning

o Coordinated amongst myself and two students to design and compile various business intelligence reports for both BMW South Africa's plant production management and BMW Germany board management. We implemented advanced Excel VBA scripting, SQL database queries and PowerPoint automation to drastically reduce the time required to compile the reports.o Developed an in-depth understanding of the various plant logistics and quality systems governing production to enable quality, on-time reporting as well as fast and effective systems error diagnosis and remedial action.o Part of the team that trialed the first production control Qlikview applications.o Part of production control team that achieved the highest stability (F2) for a year in Rosslyn in 2015.
