The mission of Make-A-Wish Netherlands is to fulfil Wish Journeys for critically ill children in order to give them hope, joy and strength. This is how we strengthen them for their future. More than 70% of referrals for wishes come through medical professionals. Since our ambition is to fulfill the one true wish of each and every eligible child, we decided to conduct profound studies amongst medical professionals and other stakeholders. As project lead and in cooperation with a consultancy firm, Christiaan has provided us with better insights as to what are drivers, decision making factors and communication needs of all relevant stakeholders related to our target group of children. Thanks to Christiaan's leadership, creativity, strong ability to connect and driving energy, the project has been succesfull. Make-A-Wish Netherlands now has the insights enabling us to reach more children, grant more wishes and live up to our ambition.
