  Current Job Summary eCommerce portfolio coordinator within Mark’s Commercial are responsible for supporting the growth and sustainment of the eCommerce sales channel, through creation and management of client programs and webshops and providing a quality customer service experience. Current Responsibilities: • Prepare and conduct client presentations, showcasing the Mark’s Commercial online capabilities • Complete webshop setup for new clients including creation of trade agreements and supporting administration to upload contacts, images and product information. • Prepare and conduct user training sessions. • Maintain and update client programs, including program renewals. • Troubleshoot issues with programs and clients/users • Communicate issues and updates to the affected stakeholders, internal and external • Work collaboratively with Sales and On-boarding/Key Accounts • Generate reports as requested by internal and external stakeholders • Work cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable to ensure client billing and reporting requirements are achieved Personal Skills: • Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities • Ability to work with minimal supervision, being proactive and flexible • Strong in organization and time management • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Being confident, thorough and collaborative.
