Assisted attorneys, judicial officers, law enforcement and the general public regarding case information inquiries. Created and maintained continuous as well as monthly reports tracking multiple case variables for all case types.   From the age of 16 to 23, I periodically held a part-time position with the Clerk's office during the summers and when my school schedule permitted. I, first, began as a criminal department file clerk, but quickly became experienced in all departments including: civil, domestic, juvenile, and criminal filing; UCC, conveyance, and mortgage recordings, and elections. I worked directly with the general public, attorneys and co-workers daily. I accepted and input new filings and recordings into the operating systems; assisted with public information inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or by mail; and maintained a very professional, yet, personable relationship with regular customers and co-workers.
