Bio
Tony Cuffling MBA
Christel came to my newly formed team with a bounce in her step and an enthusiasm that was infectious. On a daily basis she pushed herself (well outside of her comfort zone) and produced some amazing results. She is great with people and thinks very carefully about how her actions impact on others. She is diligent and focussed and keeps her peers (and her manager) on their toes, challenging and driving others to do the same. I would love to work with Christel again, but I fear she has outgrown the world of Lean and Continuous Improvement, as she moves back into Operational Management. I would unreservedly recommend Christel to any employer.
