Christel and I worked together during three years at Swarovski. We were both reporting to the General Director of Swarovski France. We have closely worked together on many projects including the watch launch strategy in France; marketing and merchandizing tools and animations on the wholesale network; brand promotion during B2B fairs; the definition of the wholesale COOP budget allocation and plan; and day to day operations including marketing and communication launch strategies to support wholesale sales development and strategies.
