  For over 18 years, I have been involved in Public Works Construction and Prevailing Wage Labor Compliance, working with general and specialty trade contractors, as well as State, Federal, and Local authorities throughout the State of California, Arizona and Utah. I have dedicated my career to providing monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage laws on publicly and privately funded construction projects. As President and Director of Labor Compliance for Alliant Consulting, Inc., I have developed and overseen the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) approved Labor Compliance Programs (LCP’s) on behalf of dozens of clients to actively monitor and enforce an LCP on behalf of awarding agencies such as School Districts, Housing Authorities, Water Utility Agencies, Counties and Cities to ensure proper payment of prevailing wages and benefits, use of registered Apprentices, payment of taxes, proper licensing, proper classification and payment of overtime and holiday pay. I frequently hold presentations and lead workshops providing vital and up to date information regarding labor compliance enforcement for the Associated General Contractors of America, the Coalition for Adequate School Housing, the California Association of School Business Officials, the National Association of Women in Construction and for multiple contractors and public agencies.
