Received Charities Review Council seal of approval in 2013 and 2015. • President of a twenty-one member Board of Directors that is strategically aligned with the mission, vision and values of Park Nicollet Health Services and our community. • Developed a new mission/vision/values and strategic direction with the Foundation Board to secure sustainable resources, enhance alignment with PNHS, exercise comprehensive grant making, and build governance capacity. • Increased the fundraising capacity from $900K to $7.5 million in six years. • Restructured staff to support the strategic plan and aligned grant making to fit the needs of the Community Health Needs Assessment. • Increased the fund balance from $22 million to $34 million. • Supervise and lead a 21 fulltime staff and 1,700 volunteers that support, our financial development, volunteer services and guest services teams. • Achieved financial targets the past six years.
