When I think of Chrissy certain terms come to mind. - Big picture - Curious - Action These are terms that are needed by a marketing manager that is looking to move the dial. Chrissy oversees the US outreach to IT Pros and Devs, and I work with her to identify her audience in the digital space. We meet weekly to go over reporting, analyze what is working, and explore new opportunities to see what we can do to expand her business. In our time together Chrissy has really sunk her teeth into the digital space and has really pushed on educated optimization to squeeze every bit of performance out of her media dollars. This shows her curiousity to learn anything and everything about digital as well as enabling action to drive the best results for her campaigns. With regards to big picture, Chrissy understands that the digital space is just one component of marketing outreach. She understands how SEM, Display, and Social should be parts of the overall digital strategy. She gets the marketing funnel, and nurturing an audience with outreach, remessaging, and conversion pixels. She is always looking to see how we can leverage cookie pools form one strategy for another one. She gets that the new customer journey is a landscape and not a silo. She gets the big picture. Chrissy has helped push me to see what matters to clients which has enabled me to deliver better results for the other countries that I oversee. I envision a very bright future for Chrissy, and can't wait to see what she accomplish in the years to come.
