  Since May 2017, I have been working as the Marketing Director for a local Orthodontist. I was tasked with acquiring new patients for this 15 year old practice. Through marketing efforts such as traditional marketing mediums to include direct mail, Radio ads, in-office promotional materials, local schools and businesses, building relationships with referring offices, I have been able to increase new patient acquisition. Although using these methods helped incrementally, it wasn't until I began automating these leads and building online ad spend to make these efforts seem minimal. During my tenure here, I have been able to increase new patient acquisition by 87%.Overall responsibilities have included, but not limited to:1. Managing and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly marketing new patient goals.2. Following up with appropriate staff in regards to new patient leads through email, text, phone, messenger, and management software to ensure proper procedures have been followed.3. Managing several 3rd party vendors to ensure projects are being completed on time and holding them accountable when they are not. In addition, working with said vendors throughout project to understand project goals and ensuring those goals have been met.4. Brainstorm, design, procurement, implementation, and management of marketing ideas and marketing collateral that generated consistent new patient leads. 5. Designing, implementing, and managing various applications to ensure daily business operations were met...to include Infusionsoft, Mobit, Rhinogram, Dolphin Management, Dolphin Imaging, Dolphin Aquarium, Lighthouse 360, i-Cat, Patient Rewards Hub, Digital Signage System, Google G-Suite applications, and other misc. applications.6. Installation and support of Windows 10 workstations, Remote Desktop and VPN Support for remote staff, and local server support for office access and vendor access.

I served everywhere from the West Coast of the US...to the East Coast...with some time in Okinawa and Puerto Rico. I was Honorably Discharged from the service and was awarded many Achievement and Meritorious Medals for my duties.
