  Together with graphic designer and author Chris Botello, I established BostonChefs.com in 1999 to be a digital marketing platform for the best chefs and restaurateurs in Boston. In 2001, together with Paul Schiavone (who is now CEO & Creative Director of the company) we relaunched and repositioned the site, which has since become Boston's premier online dining destination, "The Insider's Guide to Dining in Boston."As Chief Operating Officer, I have developed and managed twelve annual budgets, overseeing the company's transition to profitability in less than three years and laying the groundwork for consistent year-over-year growth. I have also built and oversee the business' administrative and human resources infrastructure. As Director of Marketing, I've guided the use of consumer insights to shape a clear and consistent brand positioning and have drawn on a deep knowledge of digital media planning to inform the development of our advertising revenue stream.
