We have used Chris and his company a few times and always found them to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and 'high added value'. highly recommended

David Whitfield

Chris is professional, insightful, helpful and has a very well balanced approach to business and life. He has built a superb team at CR360 which has always delivered great results at modest cost in both money and time. I don't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Richard Burkard

We have had a fantastic experience using CR360 from day 1. Chris and his team are always on hand to provide great advice, sort out any challenges we have and are flexible to our needs. There is a wamth about the CR360 business that has us believe their values and professionalism match our own and, because of that and the results we have gained, I have recommended Chris and CR360 on several occasions. Top notch products, customer service and people. Cheers.

Responsible for setting direction, balancing the books, keeping the troops fed and pretty much anything else that goes wrong (as well as when we occasionally get it right) for our brilliant company. Basically I am my business so if I talk about my business here, you will get a flavour of what I am about personally. We build and manage all the diagnostics and development support systems that measure the people side of an organisation. We continually strive to manage the balance between simplicity, integrity and effectiveness to ensure the best possible value for every project we undertake. We will nearly always save you time or money and find ways to increase the value and and accuracy of the process for yourselves and your clients internal or external. We are best known for our 360 Feedback system and associated services. We believe that we provide one of the most fully featured and flexible services in the market, working closely with consultants, coaches and corporations within the Learning & Development market. We have been supplying online diagnostics and support systems for behavioural development since 1996, so although I hesitate to use the word expert, I would say that there is very little in the world of Behavioural Development diagnostics that we have not seen or done. We are the diagnostic service behind almost 100 Consultancies within the UK market so you may have enjoyed our service without ever knowing it. We have also provided our service to over 40 countries worldwide in 20 languages including Chinese and Arabic. I am lucky enough to work with some truly brilliant people (though don't tell them I said that) and some wonderful clients, which is one of the joys of working within a people centered market. Typical responsibilities for the MD of a FTSE 100 Plc subsidiary. 5 great years working with some exceptionally talented people trying to earn a buck for shareholders whilst ensuring that all stakeholders received the best possible service they could. First "proper" director job within a FTSE listed company. Initially as Assistant MD at Wade Potteries (think Wade Whimsies and teapots). Then full responsibility for all commercial activities at WAC together with the operational activities of one of the manufacturing sites. Interesting times and so many fond memories to those who helped me cut my teeth as a proper director. First "proper" director job within a FTSE listed company. Originally started as a Field Service Engineer travelling all over the world and meeting some brilliant customers, then tried a couple of years teaching so that I could understand what I had been supposed to be fixing, and as soon as I got the hang of that I moved to support the commercial side of the business. I absolutely loved my time with this great company and although I most probably learned more languages that I learned about engineering I still think that it was the most enjoyable… Show more Originally started as a Field Service Engineer travelling all over the world and meeting some brilliant customers, then tried a couple of years teaching so that I could understand what I had been supposed to be fixing, and as soon as I got the hang of that I moved to support the commercial side of the business.
