Chris has been a true leader every step of the way. Since accepting my role with the Detroit Pistons, Chris as always been personable, approachable, and willing to work with his subordinates, peers and superiors in everything he does. Going beyond what is expected of him in a professional setting and encouraging growth within his department. It has been an honor and privilege to work for and with Chris. Where ever the road takes Chris, will find one of the most sincere and genuine individuals, ready to take on any task with grace.

Working with Chris was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I believe Chris has rare qualities of not only being a highly capable and innovative data and analytics professional but being able to communicate with and present to non-data executives throughout an organization in very effective and actionable ways, all while also being a highly effective leader. Chris built and manged a high performing team who he inspired and developed. Chris would bring enormous value to any organization fortunate enough to have him. My only regret is that I didn't have the opportunity to work with Chris longer but I continue to hold out hope that I may get that opportunity again.

My primary focus from 2017-19 was preparing the Detroit Pistons organization to move into the new Pistons Performance Center in downtown Detroit. This involved a technology overhaul for all end users within the organization, an infrastructure design that could support the various needs of the basketball and business operations, and continued oversight of the IT, CRM, BI, and Market Research departments. Mid-2017 my role was expanded to represent IT at an executive level within Palace Sports & Entertainment. During that time the Detroit Pistons were in the process of transitioning from playing at the Palace of Auburn Hills to the new Little Caesar's Arena in Detroit. The remaining months of 2017 were spent working closely with Olympia Entertainment IT and NBA IT ensuring that the new arena could facilitate playing NBA games to the standards set forth by the NBA.
