While in that role I oversaw the successful development and implementation of a consumer data warehouse, development of a robust consumer profiling methodology, several data integration projects between operational and transactional systems, integration of retention scoring models and lead scoring models into acquisition and retention sales campaigns, and the implementation of a new data visualization and business intelligence platform for the organization. I was responsible for identifying strategic partners to assist with the company’s research, sales, and marketing needs across the organization and successfully negotiated partnerships with over 25 different companies to accomplish this goal that have been both mutually beneficial and cost effective.
