  Responsible for physician recruitment, marketing and business development for a start up private-practice hospitalist management group. Over a 10-year period our physician and executive management team expanded hospital client hospital contract base from 1 hospitalist program to 15 hospitalist programs with ~145 physicians throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. In addition to traditional medical hospitalist programs, we also developed, staffed and managed 7 other practices in Long Term Acute Care, Inpatient Psychiatry, Inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Urgent Care settings.
