Working with customers to develop and implement ITSM solutions to support customers’ business requirements with vFire and the ITSM processes. Involved with working across the complete project life cycle including scoping and quoting, requirements gathering, system design, configuration and deployment as required. Project delivery was completed following approved life‐cycle methodologies with an agile approach to the configuration and solution build for the customer as their product understanding improved.Part of the role included supporting and training customers to get the data back out of the system via reports and dashboards.
