I was attempting to rebrand my business. I gave Chris very little direction and no brief. The end product was various logos of which my current logo leapt off the page at me. Chris demonstrates artistic ability and can manage the interface between design, strategy and goals for corporate clients. Well done and thanks.

Initially joining PRiSM as a member of their customer liaison team heading up caring for their NHS related work. During this period it was identified that my skill set lended itself to a much more commercially focused role within the business. This switch in role has taken me much more towards the business' tendering for contract work, and managing the business' stock to ensure not only the continuity of supply to all of their clients, but also maximizing efficiency of stock ordering to best suit the business' needs. This will result in savings to clients as much more tailored and insightful feedback is provided to them on not only what they order, but when, to allow them to adjust stock holdings up and down to minimize their total stock risk. Worked at Timberland for over a year as a sales assistant. Part of the contract attached to the role, was that each member of staff would spend a week's worth of their usual contract hours (in my case 15 hours) doing work in the local community for good causes in our own time. We built fences for a Blind Riding School in Bristol, Clipped Hedgerows and bracken at Nature Reserves south of Bristol and more. We also all went and planted trees for a day on International Earth Day. This taught me an invaluable lesson about the benefits of extra-curricular activities alongside duties in the workplace. I worked as a sales assistant at WHSmths throughout my years at 6th Form. I managed to carry out my duties to such a standard that I was regularly left in charge of my department on a shift, aided in cashing up tills and other middle management tasks, and even assisted in the payroll office at times. I worked at their off site depot from time to time, arranging excess stock to be taken down, and required stock brought back up. Alongside these tasks, I was also left responsible with elements of Stockroom management and re-arrangements, specifically for the entertainment department, and for the checking off and official acceptance of deliveries. Stock take was also something I played a role in organising and carrying out. Show less

I worked as a weekend sales assistant at All:Sports at the age of 16, specifically on their footwear department. Despite the salary being relatively low, there was a 1% commission sales incentive for staff, which I quickly became the regular top achiever of. I would regularly achieve sales of £1000.00 plus across a single shift, to the extent that I was even offered to be put through supervisor training to work full time at the store at the head of the department. All whilst still being in full time education in my GCSE Finals Year. Show less

This was my first job, at the tender age of 15 years old. In fact, i begged to be interviewed for this job, before I was even legally old enough to be offered it! on the basis that i was so confident that I could add to their operation within the hotel, they would want to delay for the remaining days until I turned 15 and was eligible for the role. Once i was awarded the position, I proceeded to become a well established member of the team, and well liked amongst guests, with regular guests asking if i were working as they had enjoyed my service and welcoming approach so much. My duties were of course, waiting on tables, turning tables, prepping and plating up food, setting up rooms for functions and meeting and greeting of guests. Show less
