Chris was the type of manager you always hoped you would have. No matter what the issue was he would work with you and give his opinion on how he would move forward in that situation. He was a true leader not a manager. I would work with Chris again every time you give me the option. He made going to work fun, because you could be yourself.

Throughout my time with Ricoh USA, where I met Chris, he was always so upbeat and cheerful. I did not have Chris as a direct manager but it was made known to all Account Executives that he was there to lend a hand if ever needed. I worked with members of Chris' team on joint accounts and he was always diligent to check in on us to see if we ever needed anything while also giving space to let us run with the account. Never once did I see Chris upset or stressed out, always a very pleasant person, which makes for a great office environment. He knew when to be a coach and step in and when to hang back to see how someone handles a situation. Giving those times of learning is something a great leader knows how to do. No matter where Chris ends up he will be a great asset to any team he is a part of.
