I had my share of recruitment agent interactions that left me with a not so great impression about the whole process in itself. Courtesy is a term which I began to wonder, did not exist in this particular profession. So it was with much delight that when I had the opportunity of dealing with Chris,all previous impressions were blown away. At a time when I myself was not quite 100% on taking the role (nothing worse than a candidate who bluffs his way in..), Chris gave honest feedback, encouragement (he was well familiar with the requirements) and an absolute courteous professional. Chris took the time to understand my goals and whether they align with the offered role plus a genuine desire to help me out. If that was not enough, several months later he contacted to see how it was all going and offered assistance if I required. I cannot recommend his services enough!
