He is an extraordinary organised individual who has deep content expert in business (and IT) process transformation. We worked together in a large-scale IT enabled business transformation programme for a petroleum company. Chris was the design lead and for us the go to person, man of solution and with connect across right channels. The thing that I like the most while working with Chris is his patient listening to get better understanding of issues at hand, our suggestions and then coming up and recommending solution options that addressed constraints. I never saw him getting perturbed due to project uncertainties typical in a large-scale transformation management program. I highly recommend Chris to drive IT/Digital enabled large-scale business transformation programme.
