Responsible for development and oversight of systems related to staffing, billing, distribution, production, purchasing, marketing, sales performance, clinical care and facilities. • Conceived, developed and implemented a general manager and district manager system for improved business organization, reducing overall staff expense as a percent of revenue from 24.5% to 19% (or 550 Basis Points) • Designed and implemented a production bonus system for Optometrists, optical sales consultants, and general managers that produced an increased organic revenue of 30% • Created a top down KPI tracking system for improve employee awareness of factors influencing profit driving EBITDA improvement from 7.5% to 16% (or 840 Basis Points) • Developed and implemented comprehensive marketing program resulting in a 10% increase in provider utilization and a new customer ratio of greater than 30%.
