Our main market segments include Chemical (inc Adblue), Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage (spirit and beer), hydrocarbons including Oil, LPG, LNG (cryogenics), Aviation, Road and Rail Tankers, Marine and Offshore, Military and Power Generation. I am looking for new opportunities and applications for our entire 'best in class' product range whilst continuing to support our existing distributer network and partners. Gave myself a slightly optimistic goal of increasing Turn Over x 3 over my first 5 year period. As of the end October 2017 ( 4 years in) we are on track to achieving that goal by the end of 2018. Assisted the Emco Wheaton Margate Senior Management team with the challenge of integrating the Todo production and sales into the existing Margate Emco facility. Completed the overhaul of the company’s product pricing mechanism from list pricing to matrix discounting by customer category. Established good communications and relationships with existing major global distributors identifying area's for growth within the existing distributor network. Provided experience, guidance and direction for the embryonic UK internal and external Sales Team. Developed and implemented the company's strategy for growth within the Offshore, Chemical, Industrial, Transport, food and beverage and Gas/cryogenic markets. Worked closely with the new Design Engineering team on new and exiting product developments to fill gaps and compliment the existing product range.
