  Making the Magic happen twice weekly within our larger brewing scheme. Full control of Brewing operations all the way through to cleanup of facilities, vessels (CIP) and equipment.As cellarman I was also responsible creating SOPs for the use and sanitation (CIP) of all vessels; appropriate operations for all racking operations, dry hopping, carbonations, kegging and taproom/kegroom inventory and on-tap updates. I was responsible for kegs and their maintenance, use and sanitation and accompanying SOPs. Brewery Safety was my purview.I managed and updated MSDS of all chemicals, determining the actual chemical regimen within the CIP procedures, their ordering and inventory, including cost containment for chemical usage.
