  I worked with Connexion Media on a number of projects. I designed for a vast array of platforms which included Web, iPhone, iPad, Android, Android Auto and a number of auto manufacturers' car dashboard systems. During my time with Connexion I was fortunate enough to have worked across the globe at a number of different countries and major auto manufacturers. I was responsible for the creative direction of the company and all of its products.Other responsibilities: • Managed and led a design team to finalise and deliver products to clients and the company • Created web, mobile and car dashboard system design solutions • Designed wireframes, prototype solutions and implemented user experience and research methods prior to completing final designs • Travelled to many countries to conduct a number of user interviews in a vast array of environments (which included in-vehicle testing) • Designed many landing pages for the company and it's clients products • Designed responsive web and mobile websites/applications • Created site flow and user flow • Conducted A/B testing for company and client products • Participate in daily agile meetings • Introduced design sprints into the company • Introduced Sketch and Invision to into the company • Met with clients to discuss their product and goals they wanted to achieve, or to troubleshoot any design issues with products • Liaised with the back-end team for smooth and timely implementation • Delivered products to specification within time constraints, achieving compromises on scale of project where required to fit available budget
