As the lead creative for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, it was my job to help create a seamless experience that started online the moment you booked your trip to Disney World. The multi-channel, multi-platform experience we created included a totally new web site and ios apps with new branding and all new creative assets. To give you a sense of the magnitude of the project, we planned photo shoots that took over a year to complete!! Perhaps my favorite achievement during that four years was a complete reimagning of the iconic park maps for the digital age -- now running on top of Google maps, I think they are truly amazing and I'm so proud to have been a par of it. Professionally, this project spurred me to transition to a totally new and agile way of working. Our creative team of 30+ people had to deliver assets to scrum teams across the globe and there was absolutely no way to get all of the design for such a massive undertaking right up front. In addition, I learned a tremendous amount about working with partners and managing vendors. Along the way I help revise our entire creative structure to support a global style guide to ensure alignment across diverse teams. Show less
