Responsible for the synchronization of logistics, sustainment and Reception, Staging, Onward-Movement & Integration (RSO&I) of Marine Forces (to include III Marine Expeditionary Force) with United States Forces Korea, Service Components, and the Republic of Korea military forces.♦ Lead negotiator for the US Government in bi-lateral military talks with the Republic of Korea Ministry of Defense negotiating Real Estate and Facility use agreements in advance of contingency operations on the Korean Peninsula.♦ Oversaw construction projects totally $150M designed to enhance the Marine Corps' facilities and capabilities on the Korean Peninsula.♦ Led the concept development and implementation of the Deputy Commanding General for Support (DCGS) operational level logistics initiative which greatly enhanced the ability of the MARFOR-K headquarters to manage and synchronize logistics in support of Marine Forces during a potential conflict.♦ Responsible for the planning and preparation of MARFOR-K in advance of the Yongsan Relocation Program which entailed moving the MARFOR-K headquarters from Seoul, 60 miles south to Camp Humphreys.
