Christian Roach
I have studied with Chris over the last two years it has become clear that he has been dilligent with his studies and expressed clear interest in the function of the human body and it's performance in sport and everyday life. Chris still to this day is constantly studying around a full time management job which will stand him in good stead for the future in the fitness industry and I am sure it will serve him well in his future career.

Chris is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge within the fitness industry. I have yet to see his premises where he is now working but from what I hear through others who have been, it is extremely well equipped with everything required to make his business one of success. I wish him all the best of luck....I may even try out one of his boot camp sessions as Iam a great fan of these! ;-)
