      During my employment at Liberty I have been requested to work in the test house area to assist with project works, engineering improvement works, plant reliability improvements by compiling a PPM program and breakdown reaction time. While in the test house area I have implemented the following: Planned maintenance schedule for all plant & equipment on the Stocksbridge site, including scheduled OEM services. Together with the PM’s I have produced risk assessments and method statements for some of the more intrusive tasks that could have an impact on health & safety and environmental permits we operate under. Developed a visual management board which looks at Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness & Cost, which I go through when holding a morning meeting. Weekday’s and weekend plans which are live so that progression of works can be monitored and KPI’s reported against. During my time in the department the down time has reduced significantly, the reaction time to unplanned outages has improved giving an improved customer support and output has increased from the department.
