  As a JNCO I was tasked with organising the junior members of my team and ensuring the work load I.E servicing land rovers/ tracked vehicles and ensuring methods of communications where audited and checked to ensure serviceability and readiness for deployment at any moment.I operated in a four man team and acted as a number two in a fire support team this was a particularly demanding job, it required a keen eye for detail and often had to make decisions quickly and under pressure. It required a strong intellect in order to interpret maps and perform calculations in a split second.
