  Control general accounting for the entire organization to include Hospital Entities and Physician Practices. Expense account analysis and financial reporting on a monthly basis to the Administrative Team which includes the CEO, CFO, COO, and CNO as well as the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Banking liason for the organization. Maintain, monitor and control cash flow on a weekly basis. Supervise the accounting department personnel including; acccounts payable, general ledger activity, and regulatory reporting to include the Cost Report, 990 Tax Return, and all other CMS reporting. Develop and present Budgeting models to the Administrative Team and tghe Finance Committee on an annual basis. Facilitated the fiancial aspect of a merger & aquisition (M&A); gathered data and produced information during the M&A's due diligence process.
