I install, support and train customers on the hardware and software used in gravimetric chemical dispensers. These machines dispense inks, paints and pastes following customer formulas to an accuracy of 0.02g. Standard dispensers can be water, solvent or UV based and use a combination of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and valves controlled through computer driven electro-pneumatic circuitry I install, support and train customers on the hardware and software used in gravimetric chemical dispensers. On returning from Afghanistan I realized the need for retraining in current microprocessors and PLC tech. I am currently maintaining a 3.9 GPA and been on the Deans List 3 times. The EMET Robotics course at Algonquin deals with everything from Machine Shop and Electro-pneumatics to Programable Logic Controllers and hands on Industrial Robots by XYZ, CRS and Fanuc. My term projects to date have all received A+ grades. On returning from Afghanistan I realized the need for retraining in current microprocessors and PLC tech. Custom picture framing for 15 years. I designed, priced, and built custom frames for the general public. I specialized in shadowbox frames for 3 dimensional objects, some involved over 10 hours work and over 200 separate mat cuts for exceptional design and customer satisfaction. As owner I dealt with vendors, customers, inventory and all the marketing plans. Custom picture framing for 15 years. I designed, priced, and built custom frames for the general public. Prior to the framing I owned a photographic mini-lab which I ran successfully for 15 years, I noticed what was happening with the photo industry and diversified into framing. Both divisions ran from same location but eventually shut down the photo lab and just did the framing. I maintained the lab equipment, mixed the chemicals and monitored quality control of the chemical balance, as well as running the store.
