Melt started as a weekly producer showcase to provide numerous artist producers in the Middle TN area the opportunity to perform their original work. With MTSU pulling multiple students from across the nation with varying tastes and styles, a melting pot of style existed, but there was a void of consistent opportunity for the creators to display their work. Melt has grown into one of the premiere production events in the Nashville area for electronic and experimental dance music. Through strategic marketing and brand development the underground melting pot draws over 300+ attendees every show, packing out every venue we host in and pulling crowds larger than the biggest clubs in the area. Working with nationally renowned artists and major booking agencies, Melt has become a staple for touring electronic artists and pioneers to present their newest material.
