While at PPSS Group it was my role to oversee all sales/product inquiries related to the high performance cut resistant fabric Cut-Tex PRO. Cut-Tex® PRO is an ultra-high performance cut and slash resistant fabric - offering the highest level of cut, abrasion and tear resistance - according to the British and European BS EN 388:203 Standard. This ground-breaking material acts as a shield and protects vulnerable areas of the human body, in particular: the Radial, Brachial, Carotid, Axillary and Femoral Arteries. Within this role it was my responsibility to attend to and nurture all Cut-Tex PRO related enquiries which required a great deal of B2B sales expertise, high level account management and vast amounts of knowledge on the fabric itself. My spell at PPSS Group was a highly successful time in a largely target based role which I enjoyed very much until an opportunity arose to move on to the next step in my career.

Duties Included: - Organising over 600 satellite/aerial installations daily across the whole of the UK - Planning routes for over 100 engineers across UK - Managing/Analysing work volumes - Assisting call centre staff with problem solving - Liaising with recruitment team to manage fleet size - Assisting transition from satellite/aerial work to energy sector - Responsible for company achieving daily workload targets
