  Ausco Modular is Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of Modular Buildings for hire and sale. Ausco is part of the Algeco Scotsman Group (now Modulaire) the worlds largest supplier of Modular, Transportable Buildings. In my first 18 months at Ausco, the NSW/ACT region went from being the companies lowest performing region to the highest, culminating in the Sydney branch taking out the branch of the year award in 2017. Some Highlights included - - 4 year hire contract to provide site accommodation across eight main compounds and 12 satellite sites for the construction of Westconnex M5 in Sydney. The facilities provided high quality offices and amenities to support 2000 workers accross the project. - 4 year Hire Contract for the hire of offices and amenities across multiple sites during construction of Northconnex - Long-Term Hire contract to provide offices, medical rooms, meeting rooms, shower/change blocks and gymnasium for the Parramatta Eels. - $35 million contract to Design and Construct Maintenance Centres of Excellence accross 14 locations for Sydney trains. Originally planned to be built using traditional construction methods, I was able to show that we could deliver a better quality facility using Modular Construction cheaper and in half the time. Sydney Trains were able to complete their Depot Reform Programme in half the time which brought forwards significant operational savings. Show less
