  My role within Gala can be very varied on a day to day basis. The job description requires all staff to be multi-skilled in all areas which include working in the diner cooking, serving on the bar, selling books and electronics and generally adhering to the needs of the customer. In all areas of the building, every department and every person, is trusted to handle large amounts of money. This in itself means that there is a high level of responsibility and trust and commitment need from all who work there.
